Document Journal is an independent culture, arts, and fashion magazine founded in New York in 2012 by editor-in-chief and creative director Nick Vogelson. Document focuses on American and global culture — featuring prominent voices in art, literature and fashion.
Already a significantly circulated worldwide print magazine, Document needed to architect a new web platform that could better serve content to their global audience. Shrimpton worked very closely with the team to design and build a digital platform that was sympathetic to the existing aesthetic of the extremely popular brand, as well as a user friendly experience for the reader to be able to navigate through the extremely rich and ever changing imagery and news.
